Mr. Lim Hwee Hai
Mr. Lim Hwee Hai is the Managing Director of SiSAM. He is responsible for overseeing SiSAM’s finance, operations, risk management and compliance functions.
Mr. Lim is also the Executive Director of SiS International Holdings Limited. He has been responsible for evaluating investment decisions and is credited with many successful SiS acquisitions - SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Co Ltd, which was listed on the Thailand Stock Exchange and Synergy Technologies (Asia) Ltd, which was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under SiS Mobile Holdings Limited as well as Information Technology Consultants Limited, which was listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange and the Chittagong Stock Exchange in Bangladesh.
Collectively, Mr. Lim has also overseen the acquisition and management of real estate investments currently worth over HKD 2 billion.
Mr. Lim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Nanyang University, Singapore and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
Mr. Lim Ee Ray
Mr. Lim Ee Ray, the son of Director Mr. Lim Hwee Hai, is Executive Director of SiSAM.
Mr. Lim is also Executive Director of SiS International Holdings Limited. He is tasked with developing and executing strategies to drive growth of the SiS Group.
Prior to joining the SiS group, Mr. Lim was the Business Development Director of a Singapore MedTech Startup. He was also involved in various roles at ExxonMobilAsia Pacific Pte. Ltd., from Business Analyst to Sales and Management to Strategic Initiatives Advisor.
Mr. Lim obtained a Double Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and has been a Professional Member of the Singapore Computer Society.
